Staff Augmentation

Allows our Client’s to manage fluctuating skill needs and gaps, and changing staffing needs to meet aggressive timelines. With applications supporting critical business processes, ensuring that those applications are managed effectively and continually is a priority. Obtaining hard-to-find IT skilled professionals who can deliver quality application development and management with minimal training is a challenge facing many businesses of all sizes.


While some organizations are comfortable outsourcing part of, or their entire application environment, many seek to augment their in-house skills with external IT talent who can work under their direction and guidance. Many IT organizations today seek both the flexibility to obtain resources when and where needed and the ability to “gear up” for projects that require specialized application skills that don’t exist or can’t be leveraged internally. 


Contract to Hire 

You may need additional IT staff for many reasons—special projects, overload, seasonal variations in orders, etc. And you also may want the flexibility to hire a consultant to join your internal staff after a certain period. It is critical that we work closely with our clients to insure success. We develop a relationship with your hiring manager; we acquire a solid understanding of what constitutes the right person for a particular position, not just the right skill set. We screen for technical skills, personality, employment history, references, and motive, to make sure to select on your behalf only those individuals who actually want to be employed full-time.


In our Contract-to-Hire program both you and the contractor can learn about each other and evaluate your mutual suitability in real time, for however long an assignment is contracted.  During contract assignments, candidates are employees of Hipp Waters I.T., Inc and are billed at an hourly rate commensurate with the predefined salary level.

Conversion fees are based on the length of the assignment and calculated on first-year compensation.

We screen for technical skills, personality, employment history, references, and at no cost to you unless a candidate is offered and accepts a Full-time position. We also offer a guarantee period for evaluation.
